Although we have been shipping in a timely manner , SEVERAL CUSTOMERS HAVE EXPERIENCED DELAYS DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. Unfortunately I have no control over this matter. USPS have been taking as little as a few days to several weeks to deliver packages.
Please note that the delivery date you see is only estimated delivery time, NOT a guaranteed date/time.

We use standard first class which means it will typically take USPS 1-5 business days to deliver your order to your mailing address. Please keep in mind USPS sometimes run behind on shipments. LARGER AND HEAVIER PACKAGES WILL SHIP PRIORITY. If you live in an apartment your package must be delivered to your mailbox or apartment office .

TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL AS SOON AS YOUR PACKAGE SHIPS. To find this information please log into Paypal then look for your transaction, your number will be there or check your Email. Please BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS INFORMATION. Once you get this information PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE!!! It’s very important you do this . To many packages are left unattended once delivered to your homes and some packages are stolen . AGAIN I WILL NOT REPLACE A PACKAGE ONCE ITS DEEMED DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME , RUNNING LATE OR CAUGHT UP IN TRANSIT. If you are having issues with your package being delivered PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS STORE. Again , unfortunately once I drop it off for shipment it’s nothing I can do if something is going wrong with transit times. I do not have have inside access to packages and it’s whereabouts once it’s dropped to my local post office for delivery . IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT USPS FOR YOUR PACKAGE INFORMATION AND WHEREABOUTS .
If a package is deemed to be running late but still is in transit I WILL NOT SEND ANOTHER PACAKGE to replace the late order . As stated before , You will be given the option in this listing to add insurance and signature confirmation.
USPS can show you GPS coordinates of where the order was dropped of in the case it was mis-delivered to a neighbor. If you believe the order was stolen off your porch, you would need to contact your local police department to file a police report or contact your local USPS TO FILE A REPORT . Again we will not replace the order .
PLEASE NOTE!!!!!! That IF THE WRONG ADDRESS IS LEFT DURING CHECKOUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESHIPPING FEE TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SENT BACK TO YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT DURING CHECKOUT.
